Nice!!!

This is pretty cool! What program(s) did you use to make this? I can't find anything wrong with this song! Good Job!!!

It's more of an introduction

It feels like an intro to an uber epic battle. It definitely needs more melodies to make it a battle song. What you have right now is good, its just needs a lot more melodies added after it to make it that much more epic!

TheAeon responds:

i made it longer and i added some additional sound.. not much but its longer :P

Odd...

but I DO like it. Very interesting sounds that you used too!

Thanks man ^^
I'm glad you liked it

I agree with Philzart

Even if it is ambient, it should still have a little more bass and a lot more dynamics. Dynamics help give it the creepy/evil feeling to it. Right now it kinda seems a little too distorted to the point were it doesn't even sound like notes are being played, but the dynamics might help that a little.
Overall, the song seems very monotone, but if you can fix that, this song could be awesome!
Hopefully i didn't sound like a jerk.... I do like your other ambient songs!

KKSlider60 responds:

You just stated your opinion and that's perfectly fine with that. :)
Still, I think this track it's good the way it is.

It needs a melody!

I'm guessing it's also not a true 8bit song (which doesn't bother me that much) but what you really need is a melody more than anything. I can kinda see how it is a space trip like song though. Keep up the good work!

Sweet!

Tension Rising is definitely an awesome song from kingdom hearts 2. at 0:30, it seems almost too quiet. Also at 0:58, it is difficult to hear the horn playing. Other than that, it is a nice remake of the song!

It takes time

It's not a bad tune by any means. Not sure if I like the notes on the ending, maybe make the last three notes higher. It definitely needs percussion, but that will come with time. Keep experimenting! I'm looking forward to what you come up with! I don't really know how to rate it since the song isn't finished so just ignore the rating that i gave you.

Nice!

Song was overall awesome. The only thing I didn't like (you might disagree with me, I'm just being nit-picky) was the choir being used through almost the entire song. In some parts, the choir had too much echo and was harder to hear since the notes that they are singing are going too fast. For example at 0:35, you should almost drop the choir and have the instruments take over instead and then have the choir back in at 0:45. This happens a few times throughout the song. Otherwise the choir parts are perfect!

You might disagree with me and I understand that (it's just my opinion).

Otherwise this song rocks!!! 5/5 and 9/10 isn't too bad is it? : )

MeanGreenLuigi responds:

I totally I agree with you on that one the I shouldn't have let the choir play throughout the holy song the rest of the instruments don't get have a hard time overpowering the choir. Thanks for your input Winterchaos this helped out immensely. ;)

Battle Music???

The song is almost too calm to be considered battle music in my opinion, however I can see how it can work. The song to me is more like a theme for a specific place or character rather than a battle. It's a great song, the title kinda threw me off a little. Nice job!

Sweet!

I normally don't listen to trance, but I thought this song was AWESOME!!! It definitely has a lot of variety in it! Well done!!!

Box-Killa responds:

Well I neither make it or listen to it that often, but i decided to take a crack at it just for the lolz. Thanks for the Review :P

Hello everyone! I'm basically someone that loves free stuff, hacking into things (like my Wii), and occasionally will make a song or two and post it on Newgrounds.
